I just placed my order online. What now?
Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 Business days to process. Once we recive your order, we'll pick it from our warehouse, pack it up then send it on it's way to one of our shipping partners, which are UPS, USPS or FedEx . You'll get an email confirmation with a tracking number once it has been shipped.
I made an order, but want to change it. What can I do?
Once an order has been placed, there is a short window for us to make changes. This however is NOT a guarantee, as your order may have already been shipped. Please contact us as quickly as possible with any changes you're requesting.
I made an order but want to cancel it. What are my options?
Depending on wether or not your order has been sent out, we may be able to cancel it. Please call, email or send us a website message as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.
I'm having trouble placing my order online and need help. What do I do?
If you are experiencing difficulty with our online ordering system, please contact us immediately so we can get your order placed and look into any issues we may be having.
How can I track my order?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged.
If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us right away so that we can arrange for a replacement. We may need a picture of the damaged box or container and it's shipping label to process a replacement.
What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when I get my order?
If you belive we've made an error when packing your order, pelase contact us immediately by phone, email or website message so that we can look into your order and correct any mistakes we may have made.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
In the event you don't get your order, please refer to the tracking information you were sent and verify the shipment's status. If your order shows that it was delivered, but you didn't get it, we may need to file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement. So please contact us.
